This teaching is the 2nd part in a series of nine. Please read the other 8 parts.

Unbelief: Unbelief here is the fact of saying that the Lord is coming very soon without actually believing it. Among a hundred people who say that Jesus is coming soon, we find it difficult to find two who truly believe it. All deny the Lord by their deeds, by the way they live. Many say that the Lord is coming, but no one really takes it serious. The proof is that they are still attached to worldly things. Note that if the Lord has not yet come, it is because we are not ready. Let everyone work to overcome this aspect of unbelief in his life. It is not for others that we do this study it is for ourselves. The Lord is citing for us things which we must do in order to be raptured. These points are for us and not for outsiders beloved. Let’s correct our lives and conform ourselves to the holy word of the Lord Jesus.

Distraction: There are people, including born-again Christians, who only spend time behind their TV screens. And even those who do not watch television are stuck in other forms of distraction. To know whether you are still in distraction or not, just examine your timetable and determine what fraction of your time you give to the Lord.

Lack of patience: We must seek the fruit of the Spirit, bear it, and live a balanced Christian life. Make sure you do not neglect any aspect of the Word of God (fasting, prayer, intercession, praise...)

Renunciation: Luke 14:33: Renouncing yourself. It is because there is still lust in your hearts that you are attached to the things of the world. I believe that the Lord has permitted that every child of God should be able to know if he is attached to the things of the world or not. If there are things in your life that you are not ready to abandon as we are talking about the rapture, you’d better speak instead of after the rapture

Robbing God in tithes and offerings: Malachi 3:7-8 "Ever since the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you," says the Lord Almighty. "But you ask, 'How are we to return?' "Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. "But you ask, 'How do we rob you?' "In tithes and offerings."

Those who rob God will not enter into the kingdom of God. Do not forget that missing the rapture may be synonymous with going to Hell. We should rather be ready to go at the right time. I do not believe that it is to born again Christians, living in the sound doctrine that we were still supposed to talk about tithes and offerings. If you are in the sound doctrine, but unable to do what those in false doctrine do, if those of the false doctrine have understood what those of the sound doctrine make every effort not to understand, then there is a need to be worried. You will see the so-called born again Christians, who moreover know the sound doctrine, robbing God. God gives you something and asks you for a small fraction, but you are unable to give it to Him and after all you are hoping to enter into His Kingdom. If you are one of those who continue to rob God, forget the rapture, it is Hell which awaits you.

The Lord speaks in terms of you as a person, and not you as a group. It is left for each and everyone to see how he lives his life before the Lord. It is left for everyone to examine and see if he gives faithfully his tithes or not. Those who rob God will not enter into the kingdom of God; it is Hell which awaits them. If after having read the teaching on Hell you continue not to give your tithes and your offerings, it implies that Heaven is just not for you. After all that the Lord has put at our disposal as teachings, each person was supposed to know his position before God, except that he has crucified his conscience.

Robbing God is really being stupid because all what you have belongs to God, He keeps you, protects you, watches over you. And when He asks you just a fraction of what He has given you, you tell Him no. You are selfish, you monopolize God’s property, and you are robbing God. If you had not understood after the teaching on hell, you have now understood.

Exhortation: we should never get tired of working for the Lord. Let us not grow weary in fighting. Those who fight us work 24/24, that is why we are attacked day and night.

3) Can one believe with all his heart to be ready without actually being ready?

Question: There are people who were not giving their tithes and offerings to God, whereas being in the sound doctrine, they were saying that they are ready because they had run away from false milieus. But after the exhortation on tithes and offerings, we realize that these people were not ready though they seriously believed that they were.

Answer: It is after this teaching that they will understand that they were waiting for God, whereas being well established in Hell, because Hell is reserved for those who rob God. Let all those who, before this study believed they were ready for the rapture while robbing God, make right their hearts and correct their lives before the Lord.

Question: Is believing and deceiving oneself in this case the same thing?

Answer: Of course, the one deceiving himself should realize that he is doing so. With a certain degree of unbelief, we end up believing that what we believe is true. Call it seduction, but the person in question is convinced that he is doing well. Go and meet someone who still robs God, and ask him if he is ready. He will say hallelujah with joy; do you think he knows that he will miss the rapture? No, he is convinced that he is in the sound doctrine and that if the Lord comes, he will be raptured. Is seduction synonymous to faith, it will be a subject of another debate.

John 16:1-2 "All this I have told you so that you will not go astray. They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, a time is coming when anyone who kills you will think he is offering a service to God."

Do they believe? Yes. Is believing and seduction synonyms? They massacre you believing that they are rendering service to God, there are some who rob God believing to be very good Christians. When we say that the Lord is coming soon, you hear them shout amen, yet big thieves. But when they are saying it at that instant, they are convinced about it.

But it should be noted that the case of sorcerers is different, because when they say that they are ready, they just want to distract us. They know that even if the Lord comes, it is not for them. They are the ones who plan incantations against us to make us miss the rapture. They know that Jesus will return soon, and for that reason, they do everything to devour and destroy us as quickly as possible.

Their case is different from the case of Christians whose hearts are full of greed, selfishness, and lust. They rob God but are not conscious anymore. As robbing is already firmly rooted in them, it has become for them a way of life. That is why they find nothing wrong with that. Those people when they say that the Lord is coming soon and that they are ready, they believe it. When they rob God they believe to render service to God. And as they know that the Lord rewards all those who render Him service, they also believe that the Lord will reward them by rapturing them.

There are many who are in the sound doctrine but not of the sound doctrine. Being in the sound doctrine is different from being of the sound doctrine. There are people in the sound doctrine that do not give their tithes and offerings, but do they believe that they will be raptured? Yes, they believe. Do they believe to be ready? Yes, they also believe it.

The answer to the question "can one believe with all his heart to be ready without actually being ready" is yes, if we deceive ourselves of course. 2Cor 13:5 "Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you? - unless indeed you are disqualified."

If the Lord goes as far as bringing up the elements we have analysed today, it is because He finds these things in us, in our midst and in our hearts. We have cited for example attachment to worldly things. If the Lord still speaks of it, it is because some people among us are still attached to them. These things are mentioned because we are doing this study as a Church, because if some people, by the grace of God, have done away with a sin, others may not yet have.

If we go before God individually, one will find out that distraction is no longer in his life, while another will find out that unbelief or attachment or theft can no longer hinder him, meanwhile as a Church these things are still mentioned. Meantime, we continue to say that God in His faithfulness will not leave us because we are already doing the minimum. When the Lord gives us such revelations, we must make every effort to be ready for the rapture, rather than saying: Lord, come and take us away considering the little we are already doing.

Can one therefore believe with all his heart to be ready without actually being ready? The answer is unfortunately yes. By deceiving themselves, people really end up believing that they are ready. What a pity that we are talking about brethren who are in the sound doctrine. Are there people in the sound doctrine who are still attached to useless things? The answer is yes. Are there in the sound doctrine people who do not give their tithes? The answer is yes.

If you are in the sound doctrine and believe that you will not be raptured and remain there without doing anything, it therefore means that something is wrong somewhere.

We can also conclude that those who are in the sound doctrine and are comfortable, are also there because they believe they will be raptured. Do they believe with all their heart that they will be raptured? The answer is yes. But will they really be? Therein lies the question.

But when we talk in strict terms establishing a genuine difference between seduction and the fact of believing as we are developing, it becomes different. We no longer speak in terms of those who are in the sound doctrine, but of those who are of the sound doctrine. But if we remain in the general notion, meaning that those who are in the sound doctrine without being of the sound doctrine, it means that all these questions would be answered with great caution. Because there are those who believe they are ready without actually being ready, and what is pitiful and even surprising is that there are some who believe to be ready for the rapture whereas they will never even enter Heaven. It looks strange, but it is the reality.

Mt 7:22 "Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?"

The Lord is speaking to us in this passage about people who believed to be working miracles in the name of the Lord, casting out demons in the name of the Lord, prophesying for the Lord; they believed they were doing all these things for the Lord. That is why it is naturally that they claim: have we not cast out demons in Your name? And have we not done many wonders in Your name? If people could make such claims, it is because they had believed in them, they believed with all their heart; even though we will call that seduction beloved; but in the meantime they believed it.

So can one believe with all his heart to be ready without actually being ready? Yes, one can believe with all his heart to be ready without actually being ready and for that reason we can give another example, since the examples are just too many.

The Lord led us some time ago to do some work; we organized moments of prayer and fasting to implore the Lord to deliver us from sorcerers who are hiding among us, to destroy us from within. We pleaded with the Lord to reveal to us the agents of satan who were still hiding among us, hypocrites who were hiding among us to destroy us, ruin us, push us to discouragement, devour us. In the interval of three months only, we have driven out of the Assembly, out of the sound doctrine, dozens of people. Many of those who participated in this study, and whose reports are submitted to you, have been driven from our midst. While those people were doing this study, they were convinced that they would be raptured and when you read the various reports, it appears clearly that those who did them understood what they were doing. They answered all the questions and even individual questions, and they had time to better examine their lives, to bless the Lord for this wonderful study and for all His grace and revelations. They were so convinced that they were ready, whereas today they are all out.

Study of 1Samuel 15

"Does the Lord delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the Lord? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams. For rebellion is like the sin of divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, he has rejected you as king." 1Sam 15:22-23.

Let’s examine why in this passage the Lord goes as far as saying that disobedience or insubordination or rebellion, depending on the version, is like the sin of divination! Why did the Lord go as far as comparing disobedience to divination? This takes us back in 1Cor. 10 where the Lord punishes some for adultery, some for murmurs.... With this we understand beloved that sins are equal before God and they all have the same sentence before Him. Many believe to know God, but do not know Him at all. And a day is coming when people will say, "I thought I knew God." And they will realize that they had never known Him.

Let us therefore note that disobedience = insubordination = rebellion

1Sam 15:2-3 say: "This is what the Lord Almighty says: 'I will punish the Amalekites for what they did to Israel when they waylaid them as they came up from Egypt. Now go, attack the Amalekites and totally destroy everything that belongs to them. Do not spare them; put to death men and women, children and infants, cattle and sheep, camels and donkeys."

The Lord had given clear instructions to Saul before sending him to war, but Saul did not take into account the instructions of the Lord and chose to do it his own way. In his seduction he even went as far as boasting in verse 20 to have done exactly what the Lord asked him. Although his works were laid bare, he kept saying he did with all his heart what the Lord asked him to do. Once again we retain that it is only by seduction that one can believe with all his heart to be ready without really being ready.

The Lord who knows how to establish the difference between seduction and ignorance, between seduction and integrity of heart, reveals to everyone the state of his heart so that those who have an upright heart should repent. Saul (Paul) in his ignorance persecuted the Church of God to death. But the Lord who came to die to save us from the fires of Hell, revealed Himself to him and his reaction was immediate. As soon as he discovered that it was the Lord that he was persecuting, he immediately repented.

Saul's disobedience on the contrary was a voluntary act. We also see that he had disobeyed in his impatience and had himself made the sacrifice.

1Sam 15:13 "Then Samuel went to Saul, and Saul said to him, "Blessed are you of the Lord! I have performed the commandment of the Lord."

When we allow an open door in our lives to the enemy, he leads us astray and we end up falling into the trap of seduction, blindness ... Here we see Saul who believed to have done the will of God. In verse 14 But Samuel said, "What then is this bleating of the sheep in my ears, and the lowing of the oxen which I hear?" Despite the response of the prophet Samuel, Saul still dares to say in verse 20 ... But I have obeyed the voice of the Lord, and gone on the mission on which the Lord sent me, and brought back Agag king of Amalek; I have utterly destroyed the Amalekites.

When our hearts are really crooked, when we are completely diverted from the path of God, we disobey God while being sure that we are following the ways of God with all our heart.

1Sam15:10-11 "Now the word of the Lord came to Samuel, saying, "I greatly regret that I have set up Saul as king, for he has turned back from following Me, and has not performed My commandments." And it grieved Samuel, and he cried out to the Lord all night."

Samuel is here as the prophet, apostle, pastor whom God has chosen to establish Saul on his people. And like any apostle of the truth, his desire was that Saul would follow his footsteps, and abide in the truth. But how disappointed and how sad he was to see how easy Saul was turning away from God's word. Beloved when we choose to stiffen our necks, we are not rendering service to the apostles that the Lord has chosen to guide us; hence the nights of weeping, pain, suffering which they endure. We should do everything to be a subject of joy and encouragement to those who lead us and not a subject of grief and weeping. Beloved, let’s make straight our hearts, reconsider our ways, let us not wait for the Lord through a revelation to tell the Apostle or our leaders that our hearts are crooked, which will be of no benefit to us. Many who claim to be of the sound doctrine today are not right in their heart, is it necessary that the Lord goes through a revelation to expose you my brother, my sister? If you love seduction, it is the Lord Himself who will send you a powerful delusion so that you should believe the lie.

Grace be with you all who have Jesus Christ as Master!
